atrophying mentality
Is a seed to final slavery.
Don´t fool yourself,
A deformed freedom is worth nothing,
Decide to rise up and die
Or to live a worthless life.
If you stop thinking twice,
You´ll degenerate inside,
´cause the truth has many sides
And only one is worth a fight.
Never give in to the stream,
It will drown your dreams,
Stay on your chosen way

and the deceiver in us never sleeps.
Shattered mirrors of our souls
are showing what we used to be.
Each time you surrender
there´s a bit of you that dies,
it disintegrates you piece by piece,
by another compromise...
Fear not the outer threats,
the enemy hides deep inside.
Don´t give in to convenience,
stand up for what is right.
You´re becoming an amorphous creature,
controlled by opportunity.
Now every step is a failure.
What are you without dignity?
It´s fragmenting your youth´s dreams
and will let them fall apart.
It´s ripping out your wounded ego,
your blurred eyes and your dead heart

In a world driven by greed,

Ruined by justified deeds.
We paint our future in shining white,
Compiling confused images -
A horizon bright like a rainbow
And beyond just black abyss.
A self-seeker race
Which crossed the line,
Headed for certain self – destruct,
Shutting off all ways out.
We suffocate on limitless power
To gain the ultimate goal –
to bear our crown of thorns,
And become hangmans of our own.
Making home an unlivable place,
Filled with trash and toxic waste.
Where gardens used to stand
Only scorched earth remains...

of a god who´s taking care.
Obedient creatures follow,
But the leader was never seen.
The one who erases sorrow
And makes you live your perfect dream.
Just wait for the afterlife,
Until then you´ll live a nightmare,
Tied up by senseless rules and orders
Of those who want to regain power.
Blind masses controlled by this vile invention,
Only the strong can find true liberty.
The rest will live an ancient lie:
To pass away means not to die.

comming closer to the skies.
A headstone between earth and heaven,
the enlightenment of our race,
the first step to a free human...
but holy slaves took his place.
Raise the tower once again
right before your inner eye.
Build the stairs up one by one
to the vertex of old times.
Those stairs will lead you to yourself,
the only deity that you can find.
The fabricated gods are fading now -
re-purify again your mind.
A monumental thought
formed into a giant throne,
the final steppingstone,
where man meets his god.
Etemenanki´s rising proud inside me -
the birth of a liberated soul.
I surrender utopia to those
who only obey and never rule

embracing the horizon.
The sun dives down
and her body comes after.
Into the ocean´s open arms,
She´ll fall and never return,
never look back,
never remember again.
The salty water´s like a blessing,
when everything else failed,
when all the dreams are now broken,
soon all this world will fade.
The grave of water whispers to her,
singing the last lullaby,
of quiet, dark and cold realm,
where no one ever cries.
